Mines the survey of 2,392 parents in the US about mobile digital devices owned in order to see the prevalence of access to technology in the home for students K-12.
Notes that students have remarkable access to mobile devices with smartphones coming in at 77%, just below laptop computers at 78%. The survey also notes the frequency of use which tends to be high for most devices.
